Bradfield, Saint Giles Church, square west tower, 1 bell, nave, chancel and south porch. The nave and chancel are 14th century with some late Norman work incorporated. The tower is Perpendicular. There are two pinnacles to the east end. The arches to the inside nave walls give the appearance that there once were north and south aisles. Practically all the internal fittings are modern. Cautley wrote; Bradfield, Saint Giles Church, west tower, south porch, nave and chancel. The well proportioned early 15th century tower has sound holes, but no parapet. Like Lavenham Suffolk, it may never have been finished. Very nice 14th century pentagonal buttresses at east end with fine pinnacles and good east window. 14th century font with 8 attached columns to shaft and traceried bowl. this church had 14th century aisles once and the piers and arches still remain in walls. Single-framed scissor roof to nave, and remains of painting over chancel arch looks like a crude Trinity. churchesofnorfolk.com by the Old Boi
