Bramerton Saint Peter Church, near Norwich, square west tower, 1 bell, nave, which encompasses the bottom half of the tower, excet for the west side, chancel, north transept, vestry and south porch. It was rebuilt in 1462, and is consequently mainly in the Decorated style. There is a mural tablet to John Blake, Esq., who built the transept in 1890. There is also a tablet to Ernest England. The nave walls extend to west face of tower, and north and sout walls of narrow tower are supported on great arches, and there are little squints from the bays so formed, one being blocked and the other nicely traceried. The old14th century font remains with interesting detail, the bottom of the octagonal being with bosses at the angles. Modern roofs and fittings and the Arms of Geoge III. A head bracket above the south doorway. decorated chancel, but with a priest's doorway of Tudor brick.
