Lammas, Saint Andrew's Church, a little hard to find as all you can see from the road is a driveway and you aren't sure where that leads, there are graves to the right as you drive down towards a car park, there are horses and a gate that leads to the beautiful church. The church has a number of "Mass Dials" these newly cut into the walls. There is a key holder, but alas no signal or address with postcode. Inside there is a 16th century font with "Big fat Tudor roses", Lammas, Saint Andrew's Church, west tower, south porch, nave and chancel. This church is chiefly remarkable for its prodigious weep to north Modern roofs and fittings, simple 15th font, Stuart table 14th century ark-type chest. Before its restoration it was thatched. near Ayisham, square west tower, 4 bells, nave, chancel and south porch. It is a mixture of all three periods of Gothic. The porch was rebuilt in 1878. There is some ancient stained glass, and memorials to the Marsh, Candler and Damant families.
