The church has two sculptures, made of copper and both 18th century, one "Descent from the cross" possibly Italian. The other "Adoration of the Shepherds" French. Messent say's " square south-west tower, 1 bell, nave with aisles, chancel and south porch. This church is mainly in the Perpendicular style and incorporates some late 13th century work. The tower formerly had a spire, this was taken down in 1679. In the north wall of the chancel is a small ornamental niche containing the carved demi-figure of a lady, Domina Althea Narburgh, who is said to have died in 1293. She left instructions that her heart was to be buried her and her hands, folded across her breast, these are shown clasping a heart. Narborough had a Parochial Chapel and its foundations can still be found in All Saints churchyard. Narborough All Saints Church, tower west of south aisle, nave, north and south aisles and chancel. The tower is 14th century up to string course and 15th century above. In south porch the south doorway has two rows of paterae round the arch. The nave arcades are 14th century and those on the south side have stone seats round the pillars. In south aisle is a bench with arms of Spelman quartering Narborough. No chancel arch and miserable modern roofs. There are several interesting brasses in this church, one of 1581 to John Spelman which is palimpset, and one on the north wall of chancel dated 1536 which has incorporated with it the Resurrection. Other interesting monuments are to John Spelman and his wife dated 1607 with two recumbent figures, and one dated 1679 to Clement Spelman which is of the rather rare type with a standing figure. There are several remains of 15th century glass in a north east window. Royal arms dated 1759. The organ is built or constructed by Norman & Beard Ltd of London.
